Grant Summary
Development of new systems to improve and assure access to quality health care for vulnerable populations, including people living with HIV/AIDS, who are receiving Medicaid managed care services in the Chicago area. They are building new lines of business and systems of care for vulnerable populations and improving mechanisms for community-based service providers to more closely collaborate with Medicaid managed care entities. This grant represents a very strategic investment in their ability to capture and translate their services into revenue-generating value while enhancing care for this unique population (HIV/AIDS) in the process. A truly unique proposal within our overall applicant field.
