Brief Proposal Summary: There is a nationwide shortage of speech-language pathologists plus a lack of diversity in the speech-language pathology field (currently 92% white). To help diversify the field, CHAT is offering a paid summer internship to BIPOC aspiring SLPs to gain the necessary experience for graduate school entry.
