Community Food Share

Funding will support a pilot project partnership between Community Food Share (CFS), the food bank serving Boulder and Broomfield counties, and Clinical Family Health Services, the public health care provider, increasing access to food relief for Latinx seniors, and creating prescription food boxes for delivery to low income older adults with health issues like diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
