Brief Proposal Summary: CommunityHealth is a free clinic serving low-income, uninsured Chicagoans, many of whom are immigrants and do not speak English as a first language. It’s also a training ground for future healthcare professionals, allowing them the opportunity to work with this underserved, unique population.
