Brief Proposal Summary: To support and grow a skilled, integrated, and recovery-oriented peer workforce, we must understand peer and employer challenges in diverse communities in Iowa. We will use study findings to develop curricula, write a TA strategic plan, and broadly disseminate a best practices peer supervision guide.
