To initiate and support innovative and forward-looking health-related projects aimed at improving health, social well-being, and educational attainment.
Who We AreWe have elected to significantly focus our social determinants of health funding interests around emphasizing the integration of childhood, family, and community health in new ways for our foundation. TCI wants to resource efforts that advance optimal physical, mental, and social health and well-being for families, children, and youth.
This funding area understands that the health workforce shortages and aging population will require progressive and fundamental reshaping of health roles and the way in which patient care is delivered.
Learn MoreTelligen Community Initiative has funded community-based projects in Iowa and Illinois since inception. In 2015, we added Oklahoma. In 2017, we again expanded our philanthropic reach to introduce Colorado-based work into our funding footprint.
Learn MoreIn the past ten years alone, we have funded approximately nearly $18 million in community-based support to 402 projects in our four states. You and your work could be next. Please use this website and TCI staff to assist you in determining if our funding could help resource your future community health improvement work.
Learn MoreIn 2024, all four TCI-supported states (Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, and Oklahoma) can apply to either of two Request for Proposals (RFP) deadlines. Our grant application and calendar for 2024 is highlighted in these links:
