Telligen Community Initiative has a commitment to the health of our communities. We want to fund programs and nonprofits that address social determinants that impact health and enhance equity, that are making healthcare education more accessible, and that are fostering innovation.

We know many of you have already reviewed our application guidance and you are ready to dive in on your grant application to us for consideration. Here is a link to our application portal. We are utilizing Foundant as our grant management partner beginning in 2024 for ease of application development and reporting requirements of active grantees.

Synergy Center
The Telligen Community Initiative Synergy Center is a 6,800-square-foot, multi-tenant, collaborative office project. The Synergy Center brings together health-focused, nonprofit organizations sharing a modern office space and resources funded by Telligen Community Initiative.
This Central Iowa-based facility supports eight nonprofits that advance social determinants of health in a myriad of creative and effective ways. We have subsequently funded similar work in other TCI states over time that mirrors this investment to support capacity building of multiple health nonprofit collaborators in ways other than traditional project support funding.
